  • your favorite sandwich bread
  • sliced Green Kunming mozzarella
  • sliced Green Kunming organic tomato
  • sliced Green Kunming organic artichoke hearts
  • shredded Green Kunming organic carrots
  • handful of Green Kunming sun dried tomatoes
  • thick slice of Green Kunming organic feta cheese
  • 1/2 container of Green Kunming yogurt
  • Choose your favorite fresh bread – a French Café baguette or a Salvador's bagel should do the trick.
  • Slice it in half and put in the toaster.
  • Place the sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, yogurt and a pinch or salt and pepper in a blender and purée into a smooth sauce.
  • Place the mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, artichoke hearts and shredded carrots on the toasted bread.
  • Pour the red sauce over the carrots and enjoy your sandwich.

Interview: Jian Haiyun

Jian Haiyun (简海云) is one of the few people in Kunming who has a good idea of what Kunming should look like in the near future.
