Green Kunming Sandwich
Back to recipe list- your favorite sandwich bread
- sliced Green Kunming mozzarella
- sliced Green Kunming organic tomato
- sliced Green Kunming organic artichoke hearts
- shredded Green Kunming organic carrots
- handful of Green Kunming sun dried tomatoes
- thick slice of Green Kunming organic feta cheese
- 1/2 container of Green Kunming yogurt
- Choose your favorite fresh bread – a French Café baguette or a Salvador's bagel should do the trick.
- Slice it in half and put in the toaster.
- Place the sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese, yogurt and a pinch or salt and pepper in a blender and purée into a smooth sauce.
- Place the mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, artichoke hearts and shredded carrots on the toasted bread.
- Pour the red sauce over the carrots and enjoy your sandwich.
