    Tibetan Well Salt (180g) - ¥5
About a year and a half ago, we came across an ancient salt well in Tibet just outside of Yunnan's northwest border. There we bought some quality unprocessed salt. At home, we've used it for everything from salads to soups. It's also very effective as a skin scrub or just for soaking your tired feet. Beyond the nutritional benefits of this salt, the flavor can't be beat. Use less than you would iodized salt. It has been dried on clay paddies so be aware that there are flakes of harmless clays mixed in with the salt.
