Welcome to Green Kunming and Salvador's Organics, Kunming's most comprehensive organic market. Salvador's Coffee House is open from 9 am to 11 pm seven days a week on Wenhua Alley near Wenlin Road, between Green Lake and Yunnan University.

In our mini-market, we offer organic grains, dairy products, dried goods and organic produce. We also provide the opportunity to purchase a 5-kilo organic vegetable assortment every Tuesday and Friday. This must be paid for at least two days in advance to allow the farm adequate preparation time.

Interview: Jian Haiyun

Jian Haiyun (简海云) is one of the few people in Kunming who has a good idea of what Kunming should look like in the near future.
